St John’s Preschool started life as a Parent and Tots group over 40 years ago, it evolved into a playgroup and then finally became an Ofsted registered Preschool in February 2003. The preschool operates as a charity, as part of the church charity commission registration, and it is overseen by a sub-committee of the church council.
The preschool uses the main hall in the church centre, there is ample room inside and out, with a dedicated garden for the little ones to enjoy.
The preschool provides funded 15 hours, 30 hours and fee-paying places for 2yr olds and 3 to 4yr olds. The sessions are from 9am to 12pm and 12.30pm to 3.30pm (with lunch 12-12.30pm for the children staying for the full day).
